Seventeen % of millennial and Era Z homebuyers from ages 18-34  remorse buying a house as an alternative of renting, in line with a Zillow survey. These younger homebuyers have regrets about their mortgage, saying they rushed via the method. The Mercury Information stories: 

Speculating as to why, Josh Lehr, trade growth at Zillow-owned Mortech, mentioned getting the mistaken mortgage could have pushed that disappointment. For instance, the Zillow survey confirmed 22% of younger consumers had regrets about their kind of mortgage and 27-30% mentioned their charges and funds are too excessive.

Lehr identified that 57% of the millennials shopped lenders on-line. But, they didn’t know what they didn’t know concerning the small print of varied financing devices and discovering the perfect match for them.
